Leasing Services                           

Pricing rentals correctly and presenting a move-in ready property reduces vacancy periods.   Vigorously exposing available properties on major search engines, military websites, the MLS, Zillow, Trulia, HotPads, and other online sites allow for obtaining the highest qualified resident.

Prospective tenants are screened for prior evictions, judgments, liens, bankruptcies, criminal history, and credit.  Source of income, employment and prior rental history are all verified.

Property Maintenance & Inspections  Being proactive with the upkeep of the property ensures profitability. 

A property assessment is performed at the onset of management.  Thereafter properties are inspected in spring and fall and owners provided with an inspection report.
